The junior suite renovated in 2000 measures 47 sq. m. and consists of a bedroom, a living-room and a bathroom. The list of amenities includes double bed, foldout sofa, 2 TVs, phone and fridge. The two-room junior suite of 2004 is 28 sq. m. and features 2 bathrooms, shower, 2 TVs, phone, fridge, hairdryer, electronic lock, safe and Internet access.
The suite, which is 55 sq. m. in size, comprises a living-room, a bedroom and 2 bathrooms and features double bed, foldout sofa, 2 TVs, phone and fridge.

The Karelia Restaurant comprises of 4 unique halls and can seat up to 500 guests. The buffet breakfast is served in the light and spacious hall, decorated with a tapestry. The restaurant can provide everything necessary for holding various banquets and functions. The largest restaurant's hall Skazka features a stage, microphones, music and light technologies for disco parties.
