Rooms Description In the Iris Congress Hotel there are 195 comfortable and spacious rooms: standard single and double rooms, suites and Presidential suites. The two floors of the hotel are occupied by the rooms for non-smokers. For the guests' convenience, all the rooms feature soundproof walls and windows. For the family couples traveling with kids there are special adjoining rooms. As for the businessmen, they will appreciate rooms with well equipped working area. All the rooms feature individually controlled air conditioners, satellite TV (paid channels are available at extra cost), direct-dial telephones, mini-bars, hair-dryers, Internet access, office equipment sockets. Standard single rooms are furnished with comfortable furniture, such as spacious beds, armchairs, tables. The interiors are designed in soft pastel colors, which dispose to relaxation. Standard double rooms are equipped with two separate beds or one king-size bed. The total area of standard rooms measures 30 square meters. The total area of a suite equals 60 square meters. Such rooms consist of a bedroom, a sitting-room, and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a shower. Presidential suite features the same planning, but its total area reaches 113 square meters. On the territory of the Iris Congress Hotel there is an apartment complex consisting of 44 apartments intended for a long-term rent. Located on the guarded hotel territory, the apartments are equipped with necessary furniture and technique units. One-room, two-room, three-room and four-room apartments are available.
